2004 Silverado. Got a Pioneer DMH 100BT and PAC LCGM24 interface. Problem is I have no pre-out voltage. I thought maybe it was the head unit so I tried a second new unit. Same, no output. All other speakers work as they should. Have tried the front rca's with no change (tried this on both new units). Made sure settings are on sub out, etc. I have the same unit in my f150 with a PAC interface and no problem getting sub out. Any idea what the issue is? I think it is clearly operator error but I can't figure out what it could be.

How do we know this? using a voltmeter, or just no sub sound?

Both. However, I’m checking at the amp end of rca’s. I guess I’ll check on the bench today.
