bought a pioneer radio dmh-342ex and there is no power antenna wire for hookup. i am installing this in a 1996 corvette with a power antenna. i am also running an amp so i would be using the remote wire for that. what can i do to get the antenna to work without having to wire a switch?

Your only option is to connect the antenna wire to the remote wire. This will not retract the antenna when listening to bluetooth or any other source. Alpine is the only manufacturer that still have an antenna wire. If you need the antenna down to go through a car wash, you will have to power the unit off.
