Ok first off where did you put the box??? in what kind of car?? you might want to make sure its the car's panaling and not the box... some times the pressure from the sub can rattle it... i would know i had a striped down astro and i put 4 15" Rockfords in it and man did it ever raddle the paneling.....

oh yea and if you didnt put any fabric around the box you you can try to isolate where it is coming from by feeling for air pressure changes around the box edges when the sub is hitting

ok guys lets see.....when the sub hits deep bass its chirps exactly like a bird, the box is sealed, and i made sure none of the panels or anything like that is shaking.  its in my astro, but i KNOW its either the box or the sub.  can anything like that go wrong wit a sub?  thanx for the help guys.
