I have a 1989 Honda Accord and I can't seem to find out how to install the rear speakers, I've done a lot of speaker installs before, but the back panel looks as if its screwed down and I don't know how to lift it off. Thanks a lot.

There are three or four 13mm nuts that remove from inside the trunk (or fold down the rear seat and see them from inside the car.) The whole speaker mounting assembly (enclosure) lifts out and comes apart with screws visible after you remove the enclosures from the rear deck. The enclosures hold 5-1/4" drivers.
