Hey guys I had a few questions for you guru's. First one is anybody ever installed a Clarion VRX935VD in a Tahoe and if so where is the best palce to mount the Tuner amp unit?

Also since the Tahoe has 4 speakers run of the rear channel, 2 in the doors and 2 in the roof, do I need to run an amp for the rear channel or will it be ok to just run them off the Tuner Amp?

Also does anybody make a filler for the factory CD location or does the dealer have the part? I want to mount my center channel amp in that spot.

What year is your Hoe? A friend of mine has a 03 Yukon, and mounted the brain for his Clarion 935 under the compartment of the center console. He wired his so that it plays all of the factory speakers.

Sorry, it's in the title.

Do you have a center console? Is your's a 2 door or 4 door? You might be able to put the brain under the rear seat.

As for the hole where the stock cd player was, I checked Metra, Scosche, ans Best Kits site, and coulnd't find a pocket for the hole. I thought I saw one before. Try your local audio shop.
