I have a 2022 Sportage LX with the base radio. I bought the upgraded head unit with NAV and XM. When I install it, everything works but I have no sound. Any ideas?

The upgraded radio probably came with the Harmon Kardon sound system. It does not have speaker level outputs. It is dependent on the H/K amplifier that you do not have.
