I recently installed a set of 6½" Skar separates in the front doors of my truck and am not impressed at all with their performance. I'm running 100 watts rms to each. Anyone have suggestions on an upgrade? I'd like to stay under $500 for the set.

Try something like JL Audio, Alpine, or Morel. They’ll be a solid upgrade in that budget range.
