I have a 89' nissan 240sx and they use 4"X6" speakers all around.  I want to replace them with  some 6 1/2" boston pros.  do you have any advice on how I should go about doing this? should i fabricate my own adapters? if so, how would i get started?   I would appreciate any advice or opinions.  THANK YOU.

Hmm, I don't think a 61/2 will easily fit into a 4X6 opening.  And I know of no adapters for this particular conversion, although someone else might.  So you may have to make your own - and watch out for mounting depth if these are going into your doors!

5 1/4 will fit into a 4X6... or, there are some decent 4X6 coax speakers out there, like this one from Blaupunkt (PCx1462.)
