I am looking for a good quality 4 channel amp that has about 65 watts rms.  I know that there are alot of amps with this but I am also looking for a amp that will play with very little distortion.  Can any one out there help me..

Here's a good one.  I'm gonna put this one in my 1997 altima to run my speakers.

Here's another one that's promising.  I'm assuming money might be an issue and you may not want to spend alot on it.  If money is not a problem you could possibly go with this one

how about this one for not much $$ ($125 shipped) and 65W per channel at 12V (not the usual spec at 14.4).

Low distortion output into 4 channels and around 65 wpc?  Try this.  Or if you are serious, something like this.

What about the Alpine MRV-F340? It runs around 55w per channel into 4ohm and its very clean.

Yes, that's one of my links above.  Any of the Alpine V-drive amps are a good choice, IMO.posted_image

I would look at the Diamond Audio D5 600.4 https://www.diamondaudio.com/MobileAudio/products/dsp_popupProductInfo.cfm?id=77 it’s a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. The THD is 0.03% now you’re not going to find anything better then that unless you go with McIntosh or a like company. The sound on the Diamonds is amazing and I wouldn’t recommend anything less.
