what size, and do u have any idea on what price range you're interested in?  Or maybe what you'd be willing to spend and/or not willing to spend?

I want 6 1/2 for the size and I am willing to spend within the range of 200-350$.

Here's my 2 cents.  JBL's GTO Components.  I just got a set of their GTO 2 way's.  They sound real nice.

the Quarts are a nice speaker and I can second that suggestion, but I am personally not a fan of the GTOs...

look at Focal PolyGlass or PolyKevlar components as well...very strong midbass out of either...I think you can get a/d/s/ lines for around that price as well, and they are a beautiful sounding set as well...
