can any one here know a site where i can find the diagram of a kenwood cdplayer kdc-322 harness diagram.

The wiring follows the EIA standard as shown in that page that bberman1 put the link to.  If you need to see the manual for the kenwood unit you can click here.

Are you going to use a wiring harness adapter to hook it up to your car? if so, the colors of the adapter will match up to the colors of the kenwood's harness.  The only thing you'd need to worry about is getting the right harness adapter for your vehicle.
