for the amp turn on wire, what's the volt constant for that? Like is it 12v?

it's supposed to be around +12V, but sometimes it will be as low as 10.5-11V;  also, if the car is running and the turn-on is hooked up to a wire in the ignition harness, 13-14V is not all that uncommon.
