I had installed a 1000W Lightning Audio class in a blazer, and after about a week, even with all the gains down, there's still a random popping coming through the 2 15's. Any ideas? Please let me know asap...

Dose it happen when you turn the system on an off? Or dose it happen when you’re playing tunes? Also dose it happen with the car moving, still or dose it not matter? Could you also list your setup and how you have it wired?

It happens while playing music. Doesn't matter if the car is moving or not. This was just an install I did for an employee here using an old MTX Bandpass Dual 12 box that we had lying around and he just bought a Lightning Audio 1000W class D amp. Clarion HU Lightning Audio wiring, rca's, etc... All DC running down driver's side, and RCA's run down the passenger side.

Haven't tested that yet... I don't have the vehicle here either. He's on vacation. Do you have a couple possible problems I could check?

I would start with double checking all of your connections disconnect them and then reconnect them. I would also take a good look at your grounds and maybe find a new ground location. Also check all the cables for any broken or cracked or punctured insulation.
