I have purchased a PG 15d 4ohm sub with dual voice coil. I am not sure what kind of amp I would need to get good sound out of this. I believe it is 650 watt RMS (please correct me if I am wrong. I thought I know what I was doing now I am not so sure. Please help with a couple suggestions for a decent amp. From low end to high end. Thanks in advance. This is my first forray into a system.

It depends on how much you are willing to spend.  You should try and keep it also pg and go with the titanium class amps.

Thanks for your reply.

Phoenix Gold tends to be really expensive. Maybe I will get one later.I ended up with a JBL BP600.1. I think it will be a nice sound. But i have some Boston acoustics pro 5.5 coming.  Unfortunately I am piecing this together on a budget. You think 80 watts per channel would be good on those or more? Like a Phoenix gold or earthqauke or something like that.
