Hello, what size speakers can I replace my factory ones with perfectly. I have a 1993 geo prizm. It has two in the front doors and two in the back deck.           Thanks jonafer

acording to crutchfield 4" in the front doors, but it doesnt say anything about the rear deck ones.. maybe someone else knows posted_image

I think when you use the factory brackets only 4" aftermarket speakers could be used, but without the adapters it's possible to get up to a 6.5" in there.  Of course without having the adapters in there you'll probably have problems with the magnet hitting the window so you'll have to get a little creative and use some spacers or washers to get the speaker to stick out far away enough from the window.

According to American International's latest 2003 guide, the '93 Prizm has 5" front and 6.5" rear factory speakers. Crutchfield lists 4" front speakers if the factory headunit does not have a pocket under it. If it does have a pocket under it, then you can fit up to 5" speakers up front. You have to be careful when checking Crutchfield because they split their databases depending on the Options you choose. In this case, With or Without the pocket under the headunit.
