anybody changed the speakers out in a 2 door 2002 civic ex? the 6x9 in the back are kinda small and there isnt any room for my alpine's magnet. it hits the torsion bars in the trunk. help the factory ones suck and i already have teh new Alpine Type R 6x9

What I've done in the past is bend the bars around the magnet of the speaker. This did nothing to the torsion bars for closing the lid as the bars are steel and they bend, not break.
