I'm trying to decide between to sets of 6.5inchs for the rear of my car. I've narrowed down to 2 purely becaue of price and was wondering what everyone else opinions are. First choice pioneer TS-E1695 and then the jbl GTO635. I'm leaning more towards the jbl's at present. thanks in advance guys.

I've always went for something cheap for the rear speakers. Personally, the rear's are for fill and nothing more. Your not even supposed to hear them so why spend the money on speaker's that your not even going to hear. Go for the cheaper set and you won't be disappointed. Fade the rear's out on the amp.

if you're comparing the 2 brands I would go with JBL.  I have the gto625 in my altima and they sound great.  I've had pioneer speakers in the past and they've never sounded as good to me.  My advice is: Listen to them both and see which ones sound the best to you.
