does any one know what kenwood changers are compatable with a custom autosound usa-5 model

According to this page, the only cd changer that works with that particular radio is the Custom Autosound USA CD 60.

Be careful about this installation. The M-bus connector may look the same for pin outs and it may fit as well, but Custom Autosound's CD changer controller is different than the Kenwood or Alpine changer's as far as pin out's are concerned. We did a '57 Chevy and the "assumed" the connector for the changer was an Alpine and the connector fit for an Alpine changer, but when we went to plug it in and turn it on, there was a really nice smoke show.
