I have a 2002 Dodge Durango with the stock infinity system. (Tweets on the pillars and mids in the doors both front and back).  I want to swap out the factory seperates for Infinity Kappa's and run them off of my PPI AX400 Art series amp BUT the truck is still under warranty and I dont want to cut into the factory wiring leading to the speakers in the doors.

I'd rather just disconnect them, tuck them away and run fresh speaker wire from the amp through the door grommets (or what ever they're called) into the doors and connect to the infinities?

Any suggestions on what the easiest way  to do this would be????

Thanks!

If you don't want to cut the wire, you might still be able to use it, just buy speaker clips and connect them that way for the speakers.  If you still have the stock deck, you can use a forward and reverse harness so that you can run the wires to the amp and back without cutting any of the factory wires.  IF this doesnt make sense, pm me and i'll see if I can explain it better.

A coat hanger works well for chasing through the rubber boots in the doors, and getting from the deck down to the carpet.

Just did it a few weeks ago on my Lincoln, and it was easy to pull the wires through like that.

Hope that helps a little
