Try checking cerwin-vega's site for the Thiele-Small data on those subs. If ya can't find it, a program called WinICD has the data for them included, and helps design a box for them, ported. As to the amp, I don't know the WRMS power output on that Alpine so I have no idea. From what I'm told, the more power you give those strokers, the happier they are haha I'm using 4 cerwin 12" subs myself, but older generation LE12D subs and XL12D subs. both sets are DVC as well though and I drive them with 250WRMS per sub from an Orion 2125SX running in 1 ohm stereo

YES, the 1507 will power the subs no problem. Wire the subs in parallel and bridge the amp and you will feel that the amp is enough !! ------------- Jeff

Hey GlassWolf, It's funny you should mention the LE12d. I bought mine years ago but it's very tired now do you know if they have rebuild kits for them? What I liked about them are their cast baskets and huge magnets, to the point that they've seen several cars. ------------- Prepare your future. hey wanna get rid of those LE12Ds? hahaha
actually yes, Cerwin will rebuild them if ya send them in. I forget the cost but when I called a few years ago it was about $25-40 each if I recall. not much really. Or just find a local rebuild shop (I have one here in grand rapids, MI that does cerwin) who can rebuild them for you. They are great speakers.. and terrific efficiency too
