I am getting engine noise with a fiber optic system. I have no RCA's at all. The head unit outputs via  Toslink cable into processor and then out from there to amps via RCA's. Any ideas on the noise problem? I am thinking its the ground to the processor or amps or both. I have pure sonic fidelity but with noise, quite the bummer. Thanks for any help and suggestions.

Defiantly sounds like a ground. How do you have everything grounded? Are you using a central grounding location?
