Does anyone have any info on the 2003 Esclade? Im doing a head unit in it and I cant get any sound. It has the bose system in it and has onstar but we dont care about loosing it. The radio turns on but the amp wont. I need to know how to get the amp to turn on.
thanks, Phill

The reason the amp is not turning on is because it uses a Class II data signal for its turn-on, not a typical +12volt signal.  To make an aftermarket head unit work properly in one of these vehicles you need to use an interface like the PAC OS-2Bose.
