Does anyone make an adaptor to keep the steering controls with an aftermarket radio?

Depending on your deck Soundgate makes some nice ones too:

Work with ALPINE, KENWOOD, PIONEER, JVC and SONY.  Looked to be a pretty nice solution if they're compatible with your deck.  Downside was they were around $100 when I was pricing them.
