Hey everyone, I'm getting a new stereo and I need help on picking the amp.
The subwoofer is a Ma Audio 10" XE...Dual 4 Ohm Coils(Best way to hook these up?), 300 watts RMS, 600 watts Max.

The Amps I'm looking at for this sub are either..
Ma Audio M1883i- 400w x 1 Rms @ 4ohm Mono, 800w x 1 @ 2ohm Mono..Or
Ma Audio M683i- 200w x 2 @ 4ohm Stereo, 400w x 2 @ 2ohm Stereo, 800w x 1 @ 4 Ohm Bridged
Both amps are the same price...just looking for the best choice!

Your help is GREATLY appreciated as I'm going to be purchasing this next week.

One more question..this new stereo, plus a 4 channel, plus I have neons and an LED underbody inside the car..would it be wise to get a Voltmeter to watch the power and when it gets REALLY low know to start my car. How would I hook one up and where can I get one. Thanks for all your help you guys are great.

On a dual 4 ohm sub you only have 2 wiring options Parallel which will give you a 2 ohm load and Series which will give you an 8 ohm load. Now that sub is 300 watts rms. The amps that you are looking at are not the best match for that sub. I would suggest that you look into another amp that puts out closer to 300 watts rms @ 2ohm. I would suggest that you take a look at a JBL 300.1 https://www.purecaraudio.com/product.asp?0=200&1=352&3=324 and wire it in parallel for a 2 ohm load https://www.audiobahninc.com/tech/wiring/parallel_parallel_dual_4.pdf

The thing is I want the whole setup to be Ma Audio. I'm not going for HUGE bass sounds, just enough to where I can feel it there...mostly the stereo is for show purposes...but also so when I'm driving I can jam.

Well then between the 2 amps above I would go with the M1883i

You can get a Stinger SVOLTG2 https://www.sfxaudio.com/products/dispItem.asp?ProdId=63282 or you could get a digital distribution block https://www.darvex.com/miva/merchant.mv?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=D&Product_Code=CQPD-52222 another option would be to get a digital Capacitor https://store.yahoo.com/mobile-emotions/noname27.html But if your going to be using allot of power with the car off I would suggest that you add a 2nd battery and get a battery isolator. What that will do is give you a main starting battery and a 2nd battery to run you accessories off of. The isolator will separate them so if your accessories battery becomes low your car will still start off of the main battery. Then they will both charge once the car is running.
