I have a headunit that i wanna power up outside of my car so i can use it in my house. I have a computer power supply i was wondering if i could use that. it gives out 12V.

As long as it puts out at least 10A of power then technically yes you can use one of those.  If it's a head unit without a built-in amplifier then you could probably get by with a PS that puts out like 5-7A.
