What are your thoughts on the SoundStream D'ARTAGNAN 6-Channel Amplifier for pushing the following items?

D'ARTAGNAN 6-Channel  - RMS @ 4 ohm: 65 Watts x 5 + 200 Watts x 1  - RMS @ 2 ohm: 100 Watts x 5 + 400 Watts x 1 - RMS @ 1 ohm: 500 x 1 (sub only) RMS Power, max: 1000 Watts

Front Speakers - Infinity KAPPA63.5I - 6-1/2" 3-way - Power Handling, RMS: 75 Watts - Power Handling, Peak: 225 Watts

Rear Speakers - Infinity KAPPA693.5I - 6" x 9" 3-way - Power Handling, RMS: 110 Watts - Power Handling, Peak: 330 Watts

Subwoofers - Infinity KAPPA PERFECT10VQ 10" - Power Handling, RMS: 400 Watts - Power Handling, Peak: 1600 Watts - Sensitivity: 87dB - Frequency Response (±3dB): 25Hz - 400Hz - Impedance: 4 Ohms

Not a great match for the subs. When it comes to amps I always believe that it is better to have separate amp for lows and one for the mids and highs. Those subs are rated @ 400 watts rms each the most that amp can give them is 200 watts a piece (400%2=200 watts  each) If you tell us how much you want to spend on amps we can make some suggestions.

bberman1 - Thanks for the info.  As far as price... I am not too concerned. I would like to keep it under a grand for both amps if possible. What are your suggestions.
