my friend has a pioneer 12 disk fm modulated into her bmw radio...its on the correct station and its making a staticy noise every now and then and she hates it...What could be the problem of this. I"m guessing either a bad ground, or she might need a noise filter or something..

I had this problem before. it might be the cable may have been pinched,crimped,smashed when it was installed. If the shielding is messed up,this could be your friends problem. hope this helps!
