hey i need a total of 120 amp fuse but dont want to use an ANL because its to hard to find a 120 AMP ANL fuse. So can i put 2 60 amp AUG fuses and fuse holders right next to eachother? like this:

---wire----[60 amp fuse--wire--[60 amp fuse]--wire---

what if i use a 125 amp fuse but a 130 is required?

You should be alright with the 135 but if you do blow it from drawing too much current then I would go to the 150

Fuses usually have a peak surge that is above their rated amp. ex. A 60 amp fuse might be good for up to 70 amps for no more than 5 or 10 seconds. If your system is going to be using 130 amps only at the absolute peak volumes, you should be able to get away with a 120 amp as long as your current draw is under that at your continuous levels.

It's also harmless to just get a fuse that is 150 amps, and it should probably cost the same amount as the 120 amp without the risk. Myself, I'd get the 150.
