can the stock cd player be hooked up to a aftermarket head unit? does anybody make adapters? the head unit is (sony) but none the less

Could you be a little more specific? Are you asking if the stock CD changer will work with an aftermarket head unit? I don't think anyone makes an adapter for sony. Usually it's Alpine, Sanyo, or Pioneer. The best thing to do is to get a changer to match the sony head unit (if it has changer control capabilities)
