Thanks to all who have helped increase my knowledge over the last year. My new system is in and sounds great!

Alpine CDA-7995 headunit, (2) 5.25" Infinity Kappa 50.5cs's, (2) 5x7" Infinity Kappa 572.5cf's, (2) Kenwood KAC-649S amps running the Infinity's, (2) Rockford Fosgate RFD2112 Punch HX2's, (1) Rockford Fosgate Power 1000bd amp running the HX2's

I still have to get a HO alternator, build my new enclosure, and eventually upgrade from 4awg to 2 or 0 awg through the firewall. After all the $'s I just threw into my explorer it will be a while though! I'm just happy this system sounds as good as it does. Thanks to all the help you all have given me, I was actually able to pre-determine what type of sound I would get this time!

Thanks again guys

Sounds to me like you have a good mix of sound with that setup above. When you get it all finished (Although I know I never finish before I start my next one) you need to post pics.

Pics of this install, ABSOLUTELY!!! This one has turned out to be my best install yet (at least so far, there's no telling how the enclosure will go!)

I figured out my isolator problem... I ended up buying a 200a Stinger relay/isolator. Should get it mounted this weekend. I'm impressed with the factory alternator though, I do have a few problems at idle but once the alternator comes up on speed there's no issues! For once Ford got something right! Still going to do the second battery setup again though. I'm just dreading this enclosure. I'm fairly good with carpentry, but the main concern is with carpeting the damn thing! I've read just about every link posted on here with carpeting an enclosure, but this will be my first time actually working on it. So in keeping in tune with the rest of this install, I'm gonna take my time and try and do it right!
