Installing a new Kenwood head unit in a '93 Jeep Wrangler.  No power.  Checked fuses, hit reset switch.  Any ideas?

Wiring.  Constant power, ground and switched power.  Check these with a volt/ohm meter.

Check the wiring behind the Kenwood deck. It is not inline rather built right into the back where the harness plugs into the deck.

Bought myself a low voltage tester.  The constant power is the culprit.  It is apparently the same circuit as the dome light, but the fuse is OK.  I can't seem to find a break in the line.  Any suggestions?  Thanks for the help so far.

I would just run a new line directly to another constant 12 volt source. You can even go directly to the battery if you wanted, but you shouldn't need that. Should be able to find another constant source!

Thanks.  I may do that, and then I'll have to run down the dome light wiring because that isn't working either.

Figgered' it out!  In the power distribution center in the engine compartment, among the relays and the maxi fuses, are two 10 amp mini fuses.  One is for the horn, and the other is for the "ignition off draw ciruits".  (I got a clue after noticing the brake lights wouldn't work if the ignition was off.   Problem solved!

Now, if I could just get the @$%# speakers out of the dash of the jeep!
