Is there an adapter cable available to add a factory remote 6 CD player to a Ford AM/FM cassette. I have a Clarion 6 CD #XW1F 18C830 AB from a 2000 F-150 and would like to hook it up to a 2003 Windstar radio #2F22 19B132 AA. The cable that came with the CD is 19B113 P260G AB. I think there must be a "Y" cable needed but cannot find where to get it. The radio is compatible as it has the CD control buttons on the faceplate. When CD is pressed, the display shows "no dj". Anyone familiar with Ford radio systems, your help is needed!

I have delt with ford radios. I have a 98 ford Zx2. mine came with a factory 6 disc cd changer I took it out. As far to my knowledge ONLY a ford cd changer will with unless u buy the higher up models... im nto exactly sure. I have the factory 6 disc cd changer that would hook right into the back of your radio still. I reaplced the factory radio so the cd changer did not work anymore. I reaplced it with a jvc 12 disc.
