Power wire on factory 97 Caravan

Hey everyone,

I'd like to see if I can't figure out which wire on the back of the factory head unit in a 97 Caravan is the power cable. There are 12 wires and they are not marked at all. It uses a metra 70-1817 harness. Is there anyway to find the pin outs on this harness so I can figure out which wire is the constant?

You could probably use this wiring diagram to get the correct wire. Or you could possibly use this diagram to get the pin out. But t would suggest using the a digital multimeter to check the wires.

i believe its a pink wire on that vehicle.
