Hello, a car can handle as many amps as you want, you just need to have sufficient power to them (multiple batt.,caps, new alternator etc.) I have never heard of that brand before????

According to what I found on the web, Paramount Audio is an Australian company that manufacture custom loudspeaker system by assembling components made by other manufacturers.  Contact them and see if what you have was made by them.

Paramount Audio is the manufacturer of Crossfire Car Audio. The double bass or db series of subs was a line above the basic CF2 series and below the BMF series. Have a look at www.crossfirecaraudio.com and pull up the tech info, that should lead you to more info on the sub that you have, pay close attention to the mdel #'s. Hope this helps.

a car can handle anything, it's a matter of whether the alternator will handle it, if you have a Civic with 5 amps your not going to charge that battery for long. If you have a superduty with a towing package, you could run a washing machine off it....grin.            Either way, get a HD alternator if you want to go ape ***.
