I just bought the USX-4065 for $139 from Crutchfield.. i use 1+2channel to power my fronts, and 3+4 bridged to a 10" Polk GXR10 sealed box.. been using it for about a week and so far so good. Its nice and heavy and runs at 12.9v.. you cant beat the price..it rocks
you see i told you dgreaves for the price that is a great amp you;ll like what it will do for your sytsen, as a matter of fact check this out i just did an explorer not to long ago the girl had 400 dollars to work with, now that is not a lot of money because she said to me that i want a lot of bass and i want to not spend a lot of money. So here i am and i have a pretty hard task here with a 400 $ budget good thing is she already had the 12 inch rockfords. So i got her a usx2150 amp for her subs thats price was like 200 dollars. The rest went on another amp a usx 250 i believe and a proper size box for her subs. Well i met the budget and she almost sh*t her pants when she heard it i mean she should have wore a diaper. The bass was clean and verry loud so she says to her friend who just spent 1600 dollars on her sytem to listen to it. after her friend haerd it she was so upset because the girls car i did had cleaner sounding bass and a lot more output than hers. keep in mind the other girl spent 4 times as much. So i guess the point im trying to make is you dont need to spend a whole lot of money on a sytem as long as you know what to get and how to put it all together to work for you.
