well i have this amp, but i cant hook it up for sume reason... how do i hook it up??? and wen i hooked it up in my buddys truck it played but, the protection light keeps blinking for sum reason... and the music light blinks to.... wat can this be or have ne of u guys ran into this problem, let me know the way to hook this amp up thx guys.

Alpine is the brand of your amp, therefore when the protection light blinks and the music light blinks, your amp is blown.  Sorry to tell you the bad news but the same thing happend to my best friends MRV amp when he was playing a blown sub on it and the impdedence of the sub dropped to less thanan ohm.  The alpine amps are not 1 ohm stable unless stated.  Hope the info helps.

ahah no its not blown i fixed the problem... thx though!!! wen the protection light blinkin red means : RCA Ground Floated
