I have Monster Cable interconnect with a ground wire coming out of it, I was wondering if it mattered which direction i plugged the RCA into first, example, should i connect the side with the ground wire into the headunit and ground it from there, or should it be the other way, ground it on the side where i plug it into my EQ?? I got another set of RCA's that runs to the amp, should i connect the ground coming out of the EQ, or going into the Amp?? Thanks for looking hope somebody out there is familiar with this

connect the ground at the eq and at the amp
