I am wondering if there is any right way to clean a speaker. I have my 6.5 in. door speakers exposed for cosmetic reasons. They get dusty, and when I installed them they got a little dirty. some of the residue on them will not come off with a clean dry rag. What can I safely clean them with. Also can I treat the rubber surrounds with a car interior plastic and vinyl cleaner. They are exposed to the sun and I don't want them to dry out. Thanks

I always use a damp cloth to wipe them down ,and thena dry one to dry them off

just check on the back of the car vinyl cleaner to see if it says not to use it on rubber.
