I have tried Jensen.com

maybe someone here can help.I have a Jensen CD510K and the CD player quit playing.All it will show in the display is ER4.Can anyone tell me what this means.

I've been having the same trouble today...finding Jensen on the web that is. I get dns errors with jensen.com, and jensenaudio.com too.

as for your problem, have you tried pushing the reset button? I occasionally have er01 message on my mp3510 with burned CD's and that always works.

let me know if you find them on the web.

The above link is one of Jensen's world website's. Their USA/CANADA site is probably down right now ( https://www.jesen.com ). Try it in another couple of days.
