The trim bezel around the radio/HVAC is held on by steel spring clips. All you have to do is take a pick or insulated screwdriver and pry the top away from the car and get your hands in there. Now pull straight out and the other clips will release. This will reveal the screws behind the bezel that you will need to remove.
