ok...2000 corolla here...bought a Premier DEHP350B and went to install....stockdeck has the double harness thing goin on....the power harness has a red, a black, a yellow, a tan, and a tan-green....connected power to yellow, acc to red and ground to black....nothin

i wasnt sure which to connect the ill wire to since there wasnt any power to begin with....then i noticed clock on dash wasnt working...or the dome light...checked the fuses and theyre all good...tried reinstalling stock deck and still nuthin...

friend suggested the clock and dome light are psooibly circuited thru the deck somehow...is that possible?

what should i do...or am i being a total n00b and forgetting something obvious?

thanx guys

did you not buy the wire-harness for that vehicle?

Stock colors do not match the aftermarket radio harness. You need to test to find out what wire is what. Also you blew a fuse.

even if you have checked the fuses you may want to replace them, if you have not refered to a wiring diagram you may want to.
