is it possible to take the cone from one speaker or a replacement part and put it on a different speaker, ie. take the cone pf an alpine s10 and put it on a alpine r10.

Yes, it is possible. It's even possible to do it yourself, although not highly recomended. There are shops around that specialize in this sort of speaker repair, and several on the web if you do a Google search for "loudspeaker repair".
