I have a 2000 Blazer and there is no room to drill a hole through the firewall on it to run a 0/1 gauge wire for my amp. If anyone has run into this and come up with a solution please let me know. Thanks

I don't have a blazer, but I do have a 2000 Suburban. I ran 1/0 in mine and went under the vehicle. I bought a tubing that is gray in color and usually used for air conditioning I think and put the wire inside it. When I got to the back, I drilled a hole thru the floor pan and used a waterproof grommet that is also used for air conditioning I believe. I got the tubing and grommet at Lowe's. I came up behind the driverside rear wheel. I hope this helps.

i did an install on a 2001 last week, i had to run the wire over to the drivers side of the firewall, and just to the side of the power brake booster there is a spot where the wires come through from the inside of the truck. there is about a 4" area you can drill into. You will need like a 8" long drill bit. I had to take the carpet up and the kick panel off to get a clear site at it from inside the cab. you need to drill from the inside.
