Alrighty here's the vehicle and stereo setup details.

03 Dodge Dakota Club Cab.
Factory 140 amp alternator.
Optima Yellow Top and Tsunami Battery Top.
Stinger Expert Series 0ga -- two runs. dual 0ga.
3 Monster Cable 1 farad DigiCaps.
Audiobahn A2300HCQ amp.
4 Power Acoustic FUBR 12's running at 1ohm

My questions is, with all this the lights still dim??

The final option is to upgrade your alternator.  Even with the upgraded battery your truck may not be suppling enough power the run the amp and acc. (A/C, headlights, etc..) in the truck at the same time.
