Whats up everybody, Im going to run an autotek XS900.4 and a XS1500.1..... the 1500.1 will be pushing (3) MB Quart Reference Series Subs and the XS900.4 will be pushing a 2 pairs of Refrence components, 5.25's in the front and 6.50's in the rear, i have a small car, 1986 Honda Prelude 2.0si I want to install these amps in the back seat, where if you fold the seat down, there will be a cutout and the amps will be inside it behind plexiglass, with neon, how many fans do you guys think i need to run, or would i be okay without them?
I would run two .... one taking air in and one pushing air out.... I dont know too much about coooling fans, but thats what I would do, Id make sure that there is enough space between your amps and the seat material/plexiglass so that if you do install the fans they can move air throughout the compartment.
Make sure the CFM is the same on the fans. they all in the same air space?

I need quality equipment, feel free to donate.
https://www.selectproducts.com/shopsite_sc/store/html/page98.html If you use a type 80 fan (the way I would go) you will only need one in and one out (although you could get away with just 1 in and a vent out). If you go with the other box type fan, then I would suggest 2 in and 2 out. The box fans can be found for about $ 5.00 at any computer repair shop. Also be sure that the fans can breath, and that you do not obstruct the air flow. In the past when I have built amp racks into seats, I have built a concealed intake and outtake grill into the seat for the fans.
Thanks for the responses guys
