hi i just installed my system in ti my 87 holden commodore

its all installed but im having problems with lots of noise from the front speakers,

im runninga sony CDX6600 haed unit sony 4by 50 amp explode components  in the front which are running off the amp 2 pana sonic 6by9s in the rear running of the amp and 2 Lanzar 6by9's running off

the head the stereo has been in a few cars that iv had nad its ran great but im having problems with  this one

the car has a points ignition system  but i th=nk that shouldnt make ny difference.

any help would be good

if it's alternator whine (varies pitch with engine RPM) check all of your ground wiring.. make sure all the grounds are within 24" of each component, and as short as possible. make sure none of the signal lines (RCAs) are near or run parallel to any power lines as well.
