I got a question about dual voice coils cause i think each one of my subs is dual 4ohm and I'm pretty sure one of the voice coils on one side of the sub doesnt work. So will I still be able to hook up the subs in parallel in to 2 ohms? I was thinking I could wire each sub using only one voice coil. Does anyone know if that will work?

If one coil doesn't work, then no the amp won't see 2 ohms.  What I recomend doing is checking to see if it is in fact working or not.  Try hooking up only one coil at a time and see if both works.
