How is the '02 Picasso amps rated?  Especially the 1700 w one?  Signal to noise ratio is kinda low.  Do they deliver the watts they claim or are they over-rated?

i have seen one of those amps installed in a lexus once those amps are way over priced for what they deliver you can do better with a lot of other brands and not spend half as much.

I run a picasso 320 in mono for a 10" sub with the factory head unit, the sub is a 2ohm with dual voice coils.

You will never understand until you buy a SoundStream Amp.  I have had 2 SoundStream Reference 700sx amps for 6 years of everyday earth pounding power.  I run these amps at 1/2ohm which to any Amp is pretty damn low.  These Amps are well worth their price Tags.  Check their website they have a great new look to the old lines. Even the Rubicon II look good now, and out of all the lines they have had that and the lil' wonder I didnt really care for.
