Ok, I have a 600W 4 channel amp, a 222W 2 channel amp, a 12 inch sub, a 10 inch sub, 180W 6x9's, 160W soon to be 200W splits and a 50W x 4 head unit. I'm just wondering what would be the best way to set it up especially in relation to the amps and what to use the channels for. Any help would be appreciated.

First off, post up the brand and model#'s so we can find out the real power ratings of your equipment and what the equipment was designed to do or not to do. What vehicle is this going into? I would eliminate one of your subs, generally it's not a good idea to mix driver sizes. Sell one cheap to a friend and buy another sub to match what you already have.
