need information about how to take out the lock of one stereo cd of a suburban,

in the display is apering                        inop    

please if same one can help me

If i am reading you question right, it says inop because you have exhausted all of the allowable attempts to unlock the system without the proper code. Call the dealer or pm me for the correct code.
